Much to my amazement, the answer probably is Grease. When I was young, a friend and I had an unnatural fascination with the movie. It is also the only movie I have ever sneaked into a theater to see. I believe I have seen the film fifteen times. Thirteen of those times were before I was ten. As an adult, I don't understand what my fascination was, although it is a solid and surprisingly complicated movie.
The Dark Crystal might actually hold the record, but I never counted the times I have seen it. There are points where the movie gets a bit slow, but over all, I could see this one another dozen times easily.
Other contenders are When Harry Met Sally, The Blues Brothers and Harold and Maude.
